one woman's journey to wholeness…

Self-Reflection…

Self-Reflection...

Looking within…

Thinking about self…

Reflecting…

Navel gazing…

Wondering…

Rejoicing…

Gratefully being…

Snow falling…

Winter…

Beauty…

Loving being here-now…

Loving being me here-now…

Happy living in interesting times

Finding it a blessing and not a curse…

Ain’t life just crazy GRAND?

Self-reflection is a great and important topic for women! Thank you!

I always recommend to women I coach to have a Journal of Happiness where you write all the good things you’ve done today, the challenges you met, the obstacles you overcame, the achievements of yours and new skills or knowledge you’ve gained. It is an effect way of keeping track of your successes. Review it often and praise yourself for the progress!

    • Yes. Journaling is something I, too, recommend to clients. I have been journaling since forever! For me, it has become a replacement for psychotherapy. If one journals faithfully and regularly at the same time each day, the process seems to evolve into a kind of automatic writing through which other aspects of Self are given voice. All in all–“journaling” can become a tool of spiritual understanding-expansion-evolution. It is so gratifying to see that so many of us inhabitants of planet earth are finally awakening!

  2. I totally agree; it’s amazing what you can find out there in the world around us. There are so many amazing things , on this planet, we just have to open up to it.Great post and I look forward to sharing more with you:))
